Report Description:

This report is used to identify bibliographic records for orders that were received complete between the dates specified in the prompts (or which were received complete x months before today's date) which have no call number . The records on the list will be reviewed for completion of cataloguing.

Select location(s) for report;

Pick list

Select the locations to include on the report. To select multiple locations use the "shift" or "ctrl" keys

Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd)

Type in

Enter the first date to include for the order status date (received)

Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd)

Type in

Enter the last date to include for the order status date (received)

Enter number of months to look back:

Type in

Enter the number of months before today's date to look back (e.g. 4 means items received more than four months ago will be included in the report)
