Report Description:

This report generates a one page usage form for each item which has the "At Bindery" status applied. The form is used by user services and collections staff to make decisions on binding/replacing damaged materials.

Prompt	Type	Description
Please Enter Location Code ie. UG, UW or WLU	Type in	Enter the first characters of the location codes to select from
Select one or more locations:	Picklist	Select the locations to include in the report (the "Shift" or "Ctrl" key can be used to select multiple locations)

Filters:

Item location code = locations selected in the location prompt

Item status = "At Bindery"

Sort Order:

Item permanent location name (ascending)

Item type name (ascending)

Call number (Ascending)

Data Elements:

The following data is printed for the "At Bindery" item

Call Number
Item location name
Author
Title
Imprint
TRELLIS use by year

The following data is printed for all copies/volumes on the same bibliographic record as the "At Bindery" item. The "At Bindery" item is highlighted.

Call Number
Item Location Name
Item Type Code
Total Uses (total circulations which includes Geac uses for UW items)
Browse (total browse/reshelve which includes Geac uses for UW items)
Item Barcode
