Report will list item records in Trellis that were modified (updated) by the specified operator within the specified date range.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter your user name in lower case	Type in	Enter the Trellis operator id login name
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter the start date of item record update
Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter the end date of item record update

Filters:

• Operator id contains the alphabetical characters specified for the Trellis operator id
• Item Update Date between the specified date range

Sort Order:

• Item Note (Annex shelf location number)

Data Elements:

• Item Update Date
• Item Barcode
• Item Note
• Item Modify Operator ID
