Report Description:

This report identifies Backdate Discharge errors for items where the Backdate entered was greater than the current date, the fine was paid for by the patron or the fine is outstanding.

Prompt	Type	Description
Select the library discharge (happening) location	Picklist	Select the library (s) where the discharging error took place.

Filters:

• The Item was discharged at the TUG library location selected in the prompt.
• The Due Date/Time is greater than the Fine Create Date/Time.
• The Fine Fee Balance owing is great than $0.00 or the payment method is not missing.

Sort Order:

• Fine Create (Discharge) Location
• Fine Create Date/Time
