Report Description:

This report will list the Annex codes for items that are located in the selected location prompt and that have the call number assigned that starts with the string entered in the call number prompt.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter location code contains string:	Type in	Enter the characters included in the location codes you want to select from (e.g. ANNEX)
Select item location for report	Picklist	Select the location to include in the report.
Type in call number e.g. TH435.R59 (no spaces)	Type in	Enter the item call number with no spaces between characters and without entering enumeration or chronology.

Filters:

• Item location name equals the location selected in the location prompt
• Item call number starts with the call number typed in the call number prompt

Sort Order:

• Annex code (ascending)

Data Elements:

• Full Call Number
• Item Note (Annex Code)
• Item Barcode
• Item Status

Important Notes:

Annex codes are contained in the Item Note field.
