Report Description:

This report will list current administrative requests for the select library(s) and operator profiles. It is used to track administrative requests placed by staff at one TUG institution for items from other TUG locations.

Prompt	Type	Description
Please Select H Holds R Recalls or both	Picklist	Select H to list Holds or R to list Recalls. If both H and R are selected both holds and recalls will appear on the list.
Select library(s) to include:	Picklist	Select the library(s) of the item locations to include
Circ operator profile starts with (e.g. UW)	Type in	Enter the first characters of the circ operator profile to filter on operator id's associated with the appropriate profile(s)

Filters:

Request create operator id belongs to circ profile starting with prompt value

Request status is active

Item Location(s) belongs to the library picklist prompt selection(s)

request type equals hold or recall as selected in prompt

Call number
