Report Description:

Listing of Administrative hold and or recall requests based on item location.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose Location Codes that start with:	Type in	Enter desired location code start string characters in upper case
Select location(s) for report:	Picklist	Select one or more locations from list which is derived from the previous start with prompt
Please Select H Holds R Recalls or both	Picklist	Select H to list Holds or R to list Recalls. If both H and R are selected both holds and recalls will appear on the list.

Filters:

Request created by a staff member

Request status is active

Item Location(s) equal to the location picklist prompt selection(s)
