Report Description:

This report lists active holds and recalls that were placed on pending (on hold shelf) holds and recalls by pending hold Pick Up library location.

Prompt	Type	Description
Select library (s) Pick Up location for Pending request.	Picklist	Select the library (s) Pick Up location for the Pending hold (the current hold shelf location).

Filters:

• The Item is listed on the Pending Hold Report and there is an Active Hold/Recall request on the same item.
• The Pending Hold/Recall Library Pick Up location selected in Prompt.

Sort Order:

• Default set to Pending Hold/Recall Pick Up Location. Export to Excel to sort in call number order.

Data Elements:

• Pending Hold/Recall library Pick Up location
• Pending Hold/Recall Patron Last/First Name
• Pending Hold/Recall Patron email address
• Full Call Number
• Item Barcode
• Active Hold/Recall Patron Last/First Name
• Active Hold/Recall Patron email address.

Important Notes:

· Report is for assisting Patron Accounts supervisors with facilitating access to requests that are on hold for another patron during the system upgrade.

· Active Hold/Recall library Pick Up location included in list when exporting in delimited text format.
